Num-Nums ツ

So, the holiday season is upon us once again and ladies, what does that mean? It means a few extra pounds added to the hips and thighs. Haha Well, its expected. After watching our curves all year long, a few extra slices of cake or some extra fried chicken on our plate is well deserved. Ain't nothing wrong with a thick woman! As a matter of fact some studies show that men prefer a woman with a little meat in the right places. I mean, who wants to feel like they're going to bed with a nine year old boy? *yuck* Lol Rabbit and gerbal food is sold in pet shops, not supermarkets.
Lets say for arguments sake you gain eight lbs. Don't panic! Its not that serious! Over the years I've found simple ways to shed those lbs without liposuction and tieing your stomach in knots. You gotta mix and match. Try jogging three times a week or get a jump rope. They cost like $10 at Dicks Sporting Goods. Spend some time chasing the kids around the house. Dedicate an hour every other day to toning up or burning off those calories. Don't be lazy. That's the key. Take care of your body. Monitor your weight. That helps. I weigh myself every other day to keep in shape. In the back of my mind, I know what I should n shouldn't be eating especially if I'm gonna have a big dinner. Try not to starve yourself all day because then you'll eat too much. Eat small meals or snacks til dinner time. You know, crackers, a slice or two of wheat toast. Sensible things. Give it a shot and see what happens. ツ Good Luck!
