Depression, anger, resentment, jealousy and sadness are all things I do my best to stay away from. These are the type of things that ruin your health, your life, your day, your everything! Sometimes issues in your daily personal life can become so heavy its hard to balance on your shoulders. But if you concentrate on the things that truly matter you wont notice the heavy weight too much. Do you know what the things that matter are? The small things. Things so small you don't realize that they're you're saving grace. Things like, love of something that makes you happy like art or music, the smile on the face of someone dear to you. Those small things that keep you happy give you reasons to keep moving on in a positive manner so that its a little easier to balance the heavy. That's if you're the type of person to know what your true treasures are. ツ Each day we rise to issues and problems that can't be avoided. We have to deal with bosses and traffic, attitudes and cruelness among many other things. I do my best to brush it off, give a smile and keep it moving. If I let every dumb thing that happens everyday make me mad, I'll never be happy and I'm to beautiful of a woman (inside and out) to walk around frowning all the time. I'm the type to try to enjoy every minute of the day I can.
Concentrating on the heavy all the time ain't so healthy. You become obsessed with just that, leaving little room in your mind for anything else, leaving you to forget about other things in your life that will disappear if you leave them unattended to long. Don't cloud your mind with all the BS in your life. Learn what your real treasures are and focus on them. Let them give you what you need to deal with everyday life. Life ain't easy but you can get through it with a few scrapes and some great stories to tell your grandkids. ツ
